Happy Holidays to all! Happy Chanukah, Merry Christmas, Happy Kwanzaa, and last but not least, Happy New Year!

As for me, I have been having a great winter so far. I am on winter break from school, and loads of free time. My Family and I are Jewish, so the whole present thing for us is done. I managed to have my parents buy me cologne, and the Sims 3. Both very satisfying gifts. What did you all get? (I know Christmas hasn’t happened yet, but if you are reading this after Christmas, this question makes sense).

I know everyone is probably wondering, where is Jordan again. But, don’t be sad, because I’m here! Over the past few months, I have been trying my best to expand my graphic and web design career. I have huge plans to open various new websites. I am opening my online design firm soon, along with many other websites. I have to make money also, so most of my new websites will be for making money. But don’t worry, this old blog I have here isn’t going anywhere.

So, after a while of tries, I finally created something I like. It’s a big different, but it’s pretty cool. I am going to make it into a website layout, but for now it is just in my portfolio. It is the newest image. I went for a more simple look I guess, and I just sat down, and saw where it went. I am excited to put it up, but it will be my first time using image maping, but I have used rollovers, so I should be good.

Anyway, I really really need a new laptop with adobe design premium. I want an apple. I just need the new hard and software to really start making things I like to make. I am stuck with only photoshop at the moment, but I want illustrator as well. I also want to start using flash. I have learned basic things with it, but I want to learn more.

So how are the holidays going for everybody so far? They have been good for me. It has been snowing like crazy in Chicago, and today we had a snow day, which never happens here. I get to shovel the driveway, and sometimes for money, so I am semi okay with it. What is everybody getting this year?
