Scratch Texture
Step 1
Open a new blank document in Photoshop. Fill the background with #000000.Then, select your 1px round brush, and set the color to #FFFFFF. Then, create a new layer, and draw a bunch of white scribbles everywhere.
Then make another new layer, and click ctrl+alt+shift+e.
Step 2
Then, select the top layer, and go to Filter > Brush Strokes > SplatterSpray Radius 10
Smoothness 5
Then, select the top layer, and go to Filter > Brush Strokes > Sprayed Strokes
Stroke Length 0
Spray Radius 25
Stroke Direction Right Diagonal
Step 3
Then select your first two layers, duplicate them, and then merge them into one layer. Set your new layer to Soft Light 100%.
Step 4
Then, create a new layer, and fill it with #000000.Select the 1px round brush, and set the color to #FFFFFF. Proceed to draw a few more lines, on the same layer, as displayed.
Step 5
Then, select the new layer, and go to Filter > Brush Strokes > CrosshatchStroke Length 9
Sharpness 6
Strength 1
Select the layer with the white scribbles, and set it to Exclusions 100%.
